Just dug a bit deeper. He's a community civic activist I've gotten messages from since 2005. I can't say whether or not Primerica is offering HIM a good deal, but I doubt Fisher himself means to intentionally deceive anyone. Fisher, himself, is a good guy.

Someone who gave me his ("Stephen Henry Fisher") business card approached me in a parking lot offering me a job. There's lots of information on the internet describing Primerica as a scam.
guy's name is steve fisher. he works for primerica/citigroup. its a pyrimid scheme type of deal. u get hired doing finnical planning for people but part of the money u make goes to the guy who hired u and the only way to make good money yourself is to go out a recruit a few people to work under just like he did. ive ran into many of these guys most give a business card this guy was the first to not give me one. he came in loking for another guy that works mith me one day and before i knew it or relized what i was doing he had my name and number
Same name but he hasnt mention primerica but for the way he sounded it definetely primerica. I have met to couple of guys and they all have the same shady approach. This guy tried to convince me to work for him. The way he or his team introduces sound very shady or hard to believe. First of all, when i asked him, about the position he couldnt answer my question he said, i will have to meet you in person..( that right there is not a good sign) So this sounds like a scheme to me.....
