Who called from 2406670261

It's Direct Buy calling!  They won't leave messages, but they will call constantly -- even though you ask them to stop.

I keep on getting calls from this number, they dont leave a message

THEY CALLED AND CALLED, SAID IT WAS FROM DIRECT BUY.

I keep receiving calls from this number and they never leave a message..  Stop calling me!

(240) 667-0261 seems to
- generate automated calls
- accept SMS (but does not reply)
- not accept incoming calls
- be possibly spoofed (when calling through VOIP, a message says INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER)
