I have been getting text messages supposedly from Google sent from the number +1 (240) 670-2653 providing me with the secondary step code to verify my account - however, before these codes came from 224-444. Is this +1 (240) 670-2653 a decoy # set up by a hacker infiltrating my google accounts?

I just got the same text from number 240-670-2561. The number is for RNK, Inc. There are scam reports out there on this company. I can't track down what the link does since it's on my phone, but I'm certain they're phishing.
