Who called from 2406998896

I get these calls at least 3 times a day, private name.  I just set the phone near the television, and let them listed to garbage.  They never say anything, just an open line.  BTW, for those that don't know, if you have ever done business or donated to the charity that is calling, they CANNOT be blocked!

Just found out that this number is from Verizon in Maryland.

Repeat calling as Anonymous. No message.

I got a call last night and they asked for money for the Purple Heart veterans.  They said I gave $75 last year.  I looked
up my records and there is no record of it.

Funny because the Caller ID says Easter Seals and they are asking donation for Purple Hearts?    Draw your own conclusion.
