Who called from 2406998902

This number calls, I answer, no one on the other end. This repeats at the minimum of five times a day seven days a week. I have gone beyond annoyed and am now calling my phone company in the morning to file a complaint with them and then I am calling my Attorney General.

I received a call from 240-699-8902 and caller ID said it was ADSC. There was nobody on the other end neither.

RINGS 3 TIMES AND IF I ANSWER THEY HANG UP  HAD THIS CALL SEVERAL TIMES   CANT GET TO THE PHONE FASTER THAN 3 RINGS    VERY ANNOYING  ADSC  IS THE CALLER ID

I also received a call from 240-699-8902 and caller ID said it was ADSC. Who is ADSC?

Been calling before 8:00 AM. first let the answering machine pick up..now rings and hangs up while my answering machine picks up!
