They call and when I say I do not want to contribute, I have had some respond quite rudely.

Repeated calls, but they didn't say anything, finally hanging up.  Looking elsewhere, I find that this is the Maryland Coalition of Police, or something like that.

This is a fund-raising call from the Maryland Chiefs of Police Association.

They call and when you tell them no and to not call again, they don't listen.

I saw the Number on my phone and called back. The recording said, "This is the Maryland Coalition of Police" automated information system.  They are calling for donations.
