Call is from scammer/extortiniosts located in India. They spoof 202 area code to make you believe they are in Washington DC. Ignore them. Block their calls
Some called saying they are Jack Wilson from the "IRS". They told me to go to the bank while they are on the phone and transfer the money or he'd come in 45 minutes and I'd get arrested. A little ridiculous, if you ask me. Clearly someone has nothing better to do with their life.
Some one called me from this number (240-715-0277) today today. His name is James Morgen ID#2205 and said he is from
IRS. He needs my credit card number or debit card number otherwise he will arrest me. I found that this is fake.
Same guy called me today and told me that I have an fraud case with IRS. I told him I don't have any thing with IRS and didn't received any mail yet. He intend to told me , you have 2 option for that , I stopped him told him send me the mail in my address let me sent it to my lawyer. suddenly he hanged up ......this is really ridiculous....it need to stopped immediately.... In Caller ID its show 1800-829-1014 and he give me another call back number that is 240-715-0277
someone also called me named jack wilson from the irs? saying he was some sort of sheriff and to call him and do not ignore the message? Phone # 202-506-9723
