Received a call from this number left no message the call came from Rockville.  Left no message.

Got a call on Thursday 05 Dec at 7:06 PM from this number 240-743-3139. No message left, not even one of those when the answering machine records the operator saying "If you'd like to make a call please hang up and dial again" messages. Caller ID said it was from Bethesda, MD
