GMAC, I suspect, is the culprit. I heard they got sold by General Motors, and the new owners are scammers. GM, it appears, still maintains some relationship with GMAC. I don't know why local channels are still allowing GMAC to advertise on their stations. If u get a call from this #, consider whether u recently did any business with GM or GM subsidiaries.
