I received a phone call from a man asking to speak to our fleet manager named Rick. I asked his name (which was also Rick) and where he was calling from. He told me his name, but not the company. I said Rick was not here and would he like to leave a msg. He then tells me to page him (after I told him he was not here). So I tell him AGAIN he is not here and I can put in VM so he can leave a msg. Rick tells me he is on a job site and cannot be reached. He was rude and I will not be picking up that phone # again.
Received a call from this number (240) 786-4650. Male caller requesting to speak to a "shop manager". In attempting to screen caller and to obtain more details so I could assist him better, caller insisted on speaking to a "shop maintenance manager". Caller did not identify what company he was calling from and why. When I informed him we did not need additional services, he became rude and sarcastic. Finally, I had to end call abruptly.

I received a call from this jerk named "Rick Reeves." He was asking for our electriction or maintenance department. I asked him which company he was with and he simply asked me who I was. I asked him once again to identify himself and his company when he actually hung up on me. Jerks like this need to stop wasting our time.
Two of our employees received harrassing phone calls from this number. Rich or Rick was trying to sell light bulbs. Became angry and belligerent when he didn't make a sale - even threatened to hurt one of our employees. We filed a police report the same day for harrassment.
