Called 3x never leaves a message. Called back number not working

Unknown number was blocked after 2 calls with no message. They still call every day, l just don't have to hear it ring.

Called me several times over past few weeks, I finally answered and foreign man asked if I was someone else. I said wrong number. probably a scam!

Calls frequently no message.

Answered the phone.  A robotic voice came on and said goodbye.  Now they know they can call back and someone will answer.  Sick people
