This number calls me stating I owe money, the man has a strong Indian accent. States That I commited fraud threatens to call my employer to let them know what I have done! I don't owe anyone money & he doesn't tell me who it is? Who do I report this to.
I was told by our local police department to file a complaint and they have records of who is calling and phone numbers on file to report as a fraud cause.
Indian man states I have a lawsuit and because I hung up the call I will suffer the consequences. I will be garnished and have probation. Wow any proper or truthful law suit, which I don't owe any money, would know how to correctly contact me.Also told me the line was being federally recorded.
