This recording said to press "1" to speak to an agent, I did that, and told the agent I am on the Do Not Call List.  His reply was "Good for you" and then he hung up.

Agreed.  Don't answer from this number.

I'm in North West Indiana and just received a phone call from this number.  I answered it and there wasn't anyone there?  My cell id said it is from MD, USA.

Same here...no one on the line when I answered.  I am also on the Do Not Call list.
