caller id says cell phone MD. I answered and some guy wanted to tell me about solar. I could also hear other callers in the background - sounded like a boiler room of scam callers. National do not call list aside, I told him that I never deal with anyone who cold calls me because there are too many fraudulent callers and scam artists and I was going to hang up on him which I did. Just another caller to block.
