Well I tried calling them back and I actually got someone. Requested my numbers to be removed. He did not argue and remove my number. 2 days later it's a different number called me. I called back again it was the same company. again request off for my numbers to be removed and the guy did not argue. I did that about 3 * and I still got the call from a different number. There seems to better no way out of this freakin company.
if they are calling your cell phone and your phone has this option (I know some samsungs do), on your phone you can go into "Settings", select "Call", select "Call rejection", then select "Auto reject list" and add the number to that list. Whenever they try to call you, it will immediately be disconnection on their end and after a few times of them trying to call you, they'll eventually give up unless of course they call from a different #.
I actually just got a call from these people myself because I got conned into the sales pitch thing. I made the mistake of going to Kmart a few days after Christmas and apparently they had their sales guys there. I thought at first the guy was an employ of Kmart......might stick with the appointment but I'm going to make as little communication with them as possible as I can't afford any home improvements at this time...make them feel unwelcome.
