I hate junk calls and especially when they don't leave a message!!!

I got a call from this "impossible" number (248-059-4744) an hour and ten minutes ago.  I didn't get to it before it stopped ringing.  It left no message.  My number is on the "do not call list".

Don't recognize an exchange that starts with a zero. Wouldn't trust it but would like to know what is at the other end.

It was a recorded message, then I pressed 1 to speak to a person, I asked and he said he said he was with Senior Emergency Care. As I said I was on the do not call list he hung up. I then filed a complaint at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2
