same as above, and getting annoying, leaves a message that its about a returned item, and gives a case reference number and tells you to call back 866 207 2459. I did call back once and they refused to identify themselves so that was where I ended the conversation, and blocked the number
Calls daily, always leaves message stating "it is regarding a return item" and leaves a reference number and an 877 number to call back. Caller does not identify themselves or what company they are with. Calling the 877 number back: immediately get a message saying I am caller 2 in the que, and to please wait. Again, nothing identifies what company you are calling!
