Claiming to lower your mortgage robo call

Caller ID shows "NEXTIVA".  Called several times and left no message.  I called back and "SARAH JORDAN" answered (she sounds like a robot but she is not).  Wants to refinance my mortgage, I said not interested and asked nicely to be taken on their call list - she actually laughed at me - and has proceeded to call my number 16 times in the past two days and just hangs up.  I have contacted the Sheriff's Department and they have opened an investigation.

Received the same calls too and the same person.  I have asked her to stop calling my number but the calls continue to come in.

NEXTIVA Mortgage Refinance promo / scheme - my number is being traded around lately and I'm blocking all of them.  My mortgage has been paid off for years.
