I don't know who these idiots are but they keep calling (incessantly) all day long. Fortunately, I have their number blocked so our phone only rings once and then hangs up on them. I get a perverse sense of satisfaction knowing they'll never get through and give them the one fingered salute every time the phone rings only once which my wife finds hilarious.
This number keeps calling. When I answer it is obviously a computerized call. I wait a few second and when someone picks up I say hello, they say hello, and then they hang up on me.
