Who the hell is this person who is so rude?

Received call on landline after 8pm. Picked up receiver and hung up without answering. ID displayed Wireless Caller

248 225 2001 Call  let the phone rung about 10 time I answer ask them not to my home any more. He call right back I did not answer phone.

I do work as an insurance agent, also some A/R. No need to be concerned.
