Caller said "Are you Mr. M.......?"  When I said "You've got the wrong number" he said "I've been getting a lot of wrong numbers lately."  He then answered  "Are you a homeowner?   If so, I can help you out."  I then hung right up and blocked number.  I suspect "Are you Mr. M..." was just his way of getting started with you.  He was just making that up.  It's like a vendor at a tourist shop in another country saying "Don't you remember me?   I was your waiter at the restaurant at the resort.  Today is my day off."
