Can u tell these people told quit calling me. They all hrs of the day and night.

Called my cell phone but did not leave a message

Received local call on cell phone.  Answered and it was a recording stating we are eligible to utility refunds.  BIG Scam.  Reporting call, but probably nothing will be done!

this number keeps calling me while I'm in class so I am unable to answer. but I have been reading that it's some scam.
