This number rang my mobile at 09.42. It just rang twice and stopped. Appears to be from the Seychelles

15 March 2017 Seychells rang once

Rang this number back after missing a call on the 15th march at midday. Just a bunch of kids/young adults asking how I got the number. Clearly not their first call and not very helpful in anyway.

Just hit my UK mobile number - whether USA, lacking country code, or Seychelles, not very likely to be at all relevant.

Same experience number rang for a few seconds and said from Seychelles. Annoying late at night.
