Received call from JULES saying that I could get a reduced mortgage rate and that I qualified. I told her that I was not the owner and that I was just house sitting, she asked when would the owners be back and I said next year after their world cruise was over. She quickly hung up -She did not want to leave her number or the name of her company. She had a very think INDIAN accent but she knew my name and ne my address.  SCAMMERS BE WARE!!
