Called, caller ID said "JOSH". I answered, nobody there, phone hasn't worked since. It's like my phone line is connected to their phone line and it can't be disconnected. Last time this happened (when it went to voicemail with another number) I had to call our phone company to have them fix it. Super annoying, just want to be able to block these types of numbers.
