Total scam. Inquiry about a business service, but then tried to download malware onto my phone. Then tried to contact me through a different number, 470-485-4538, said his name was david.

Scam. Sent me a text that said he wanted me a to paint a mural in his new house. I am in New Hampshire and this number is a Michigan number. I texted back asking where the house is. No reply.

Same experience Donna - just posted. Concerned that this he is targeting female artists....

Same experience as Donna / May 2017.. Has called with two different numbers , two weeks apart using David and Roy . Concerned that he is targeting female visual artists . Here's the first text that was sent: "cos i am currently at the hospital in atlanta for my accident recovery therapy. i bought a new house at randolph, MA. i am yet to move into the property so there is no one there now. i want to paint a mural to gift my wife for her birthday which is the same day i will be moving into the property. can i send the picture of the mural to you to know if you can paint something similar?"  Going by : [email protected] . Then two weeks later : "i am currently at the hospital in pontiac, MI for my accident recovery therapy. i just bought back my childhood house at randolph, MA. I am yet to move into the property so its empty. i want you to paint a mural for me inside the house to  surprise my wife as her birthday gift when we move into the property." Ceepy PIA wasting my time - grrrrrr. Beware.

My husband and I have a construction business and he "Roy"sent a txt to my husband today asking about roof repair work. My husband assumed it was a scam and aske for last name and address and no reply!
