Who called from 2483011631

This number just called. Never answer when don't recognize the name or number. Caller ID says Veh Prot Ctr. Never seen that before. No message left.

Calls every morning (morning for me as I live on the west coast).  Hangs up immediately when I answer or before I answer.  So annoying.

Comes up Becky Jean. Calls every week,  leaves no message

I just got a call..said " Mrs E..., my name is Marie. I am calling about your vehicle then hung up.  But the real funny part is that caller ID said ILLEGAL SCAM as the name--guess it was.
