This number keeps calling on my cell phone which I have NEVER given as a back up number to anyone. I have monitored my credit which does suck! But know that the account they claim they are calling about has been settled and charged off. I have told them how many times they are wasting my minutes. If they were HONEST and did their work they'd be able to find my Home number. Let's NOT forget this is SATURDAY it's not a MONDAY - FRIDAY so why the F call? Claims to be General Law Practice Firm since when to lawyers work on the weekend? I've heard they've had lawsuits for fraudulent practice from other sites where this number has been reported.
Called me at 6:30 a.m., yesterday morning....I recently had a credit report run; It showed an excellent credit rating, which I have worked my entire adult life to keep unblemished....so no message was left and this Mary Jane Ell needs to quit calling me and other people. I am going to report this to a federal agency.

This number called me just now, left no message. No reason in the world for them to call me, no debt, excellent credit rating, although I had a credit check recently for a refi on the mortgage. One more time and they get reported, I have friends in high places.
I get a call from this place every single day at approx. 10-11 am for the last 6 months, and they have not once left a message. I refuse to answer until I get a message stating what the call is about. I know my credit is bad but I've never had anyone call me that wouldn't at least leave a message with a name or call back number, or who the debt is even for. Since we've just moved to this house 6 months ago and got this new phone number, I suspect the debt is for the previous account holder for my phone number because that has happened to me before, but I guess we'll never know will we?
