Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer.  A search connects this to a 2007 Energy Center Student Advisory Board member at the University of Notre Dame.  I think it's spoofed because I've previously received a suspicious call that was purported to be from another obscure and out of date university group member that would have no reason to call me.
