and many people who actually answered the call (I did not), reported some kind of telemarketing scam, saying they are NOT a telemarketing group, etc.  You aren't going to win the Navigator or money or a Vegas trip or whatever.  If you have caller ID then I suggest you answer the phone and try to talk to THEM into paying YOUR bills or something!
