Called on cell by this 248 435-4121. The phone hung up when I answered my cell.

I answered the call and it was someone at Beaumont Hospital, Troy - preregistering me before an appointment. I tried calling the number back afterwards and it's an outgoing-only line. If you stay on the line you get an operator.
