First of all, This group of people are not what they are claiming to be at all! They claim to be a subrogation service for various healthcare plans that recover payments made for a member's medical expenses that may have been the responsibility of someone else and that their entire company is staffed with licensed attorneys who handle every case. Well, these individuals have been following me around for several years and they seem to know every move I have made including changing insurance companies and what type of policy that I carry. The worst is that someone has been contacting my personal and private physicians and obtaining all of my personal medical history as well as my healthcare and treatments. I never authorized anyone to release any information to anyone at all!!! These so-called attorneys are suppose to be located at 17117 W. Nine Mile Rd. Southfield, Michigan 48075 and their return address is Claims Services Department with a post office box number on it located inside a self-service kiosk at a US Post Office in Southfield, Michigan. I have been contacting law enforcement agencies via email and I received an email from Michigan September 29, 2014 from what I thought to be official but the email reply was off in context by dates and events etc and it was sent in the form a PDF with an attachment from First Recovery Group website. NOT LEGIT to say the least! Another thing, Can not call the Law Firm directly, must call First Recovery Group number! This is a FRAUDULENT SCAM! I have been violated in the worst of ways and I will put a stop to these characters one way or another! I do not live anywhere even close to Michigan, in fact a two and a half day drive away! PLEASE HELP ME WITH COMPLETELY WRECKING THE REPUTATION OF FIRST RECOVERY GROUP located in Southfield, Michigan!!! THEY DESERVE IT considering MY ARM IS STILL BROKEN FROM A FALL THAT HAPPENED NOVEMBER 2013 and I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE PROPER TREATMENT!!!

These are a group of dishonest individuals who claim to be a vendor for various health insurance companies who handle insurance claims provided by physicians and hospitals. This group claims to be a bunch of attorneys in the state of Michigan who go after the one who should actually pay your medical expenses such as if someone falls in a retail store or has been in an auto accident. Blah-blah-yada-yada! Well, These [***] have been following me around for years and seem to know every move that I have made including changing insurance companies and what type of policies that I carry. Come to find out someone has been contacting my physicians and obtaining all of my personal medical history and health care information which I have not authorized to anyone at all!!! The President/CEO of First Recovery is suppose to be David Rosen but received an email on September 29, 2014 from a strange looking email address and the email states that Rozana Widlicka is president/ceo. Not true!!! First Recovery Group just hides behind a bunch of flunkies! The group of so-called attorneys are not even in the same office building or located at the same address! The attorneys are located at 17117 W. Nine Mile Rd. Southfield, Michigan 48075. Did find out that The First Recovery Group does do a lot of COLLECTION calls as well as other types of bothersome telemarketing and surveys. They are associated with Coldwell Banker Brokerage Firm, Vision Information Technology, Deloitte & Touche to name a few. I have begun legal action against these people considering my personal and private physicians have been contacted and my personal and private information has been released without my authorization. I consider this to be in violation of my personal privacy as well as my rights!!!! I don't even live anywhere near Michigan, In fact a two and a half day drive away from there! Attorneys can not cross state lines unless he/she is licensed in those particular states! Another amazing thing is, Try to call the Law Firm and it's the same phone number as First Recovery Group! LIARS!!!
Tanner, I am so sorry that you and your family are experiencing this! First Recovery Group is constantly sending medical insurance forms to me asking me about my healthcare such as clinic/hospital visits, reason for those visits etc- etc. Received an email pertaining to First Recovery Group from an email address that begins with CP_Email1. Been trying to find out who it is considering the content of the email itself does not have correct dates nor does it have names in the proper places(wrong names attached to wrong things) and there are words that are abbreviated instead of spelled correctly. On the medical forms there is another phone number but it does not belong to First Recovery Group, the number actually belonged to a Vacation/Cruise membership that had been closed down. First Recovery Group has harassed me as well as threatened me. I have contacted my insurance company and they have never heard of First Recovery Group! So why would these people be bothering me about who is actually responsible for my medical bills? First Recovery Group is also located in Georgia, Florida and Kentucky but all carry the same telephone number as the contact number. Don't worry the truth about First Recovery Group will be exposed!!!
