They called and told me I had completed a Walmart survey recently and won a gift card and a job opportunity. I said I did not complete any surveys and he offered to add me to the database so I could be visible for job offers. I then said no thank you. He didn't hang up but he was silent. The entire time, his responses were very delayed despite being a human voice. It was as though it was a recording with prerecorded responses to things I would say. I hung up before he could mention Waka Network but it was definitely a Waka scammer.
