It is always possible that what you say is true, and no one here wants to treat a legitimate business unfairly. But, while I have no strong opinions at this time as to the nature of your business and its conduct, I cannot help but feel skeptical of your claim, because in the time I have been on this site I have seen a number of posts like yours, and offhand, I do not remember one that turned out to be legitimate.
If you are legitimate, I would like to help you out. Here are a few things you can provide, which, taken together, may allow someone such as myself to make an assessment of your claims. I should point out that your assertion, "If all of these posts were true we would not be here today." is flawed. There are numerous dishonestly run businesses we are aware of on this site which have survived for years.
So, instead of leaning on this weak stick of an argument, would you care to provide us with all of the following, so that we may better understand the nature of your business?
If you are d/b/a any corporate names, holding companies, etc., under which your business would be registered?
State of Incorporation?
Business Address?
Registered Agent?
Street and Mailing Addresses?
Phone Number(s) ?
Web Site?
Names of Principles?
Nature of your business?
Business Methods (Direct Mail, Telemarketing, Outside Sales, etc.)
Target Market?
Clientele Demographic?
While not needed, management bios are certainly welcomed, as would be business references.
None of these are items which should be proprietary or sensitive.
You are of course under no obligation to provide any such information, but if you choose to do so I promise to try and make a fair and reasonable assessment of any information I derive.
Naturally, in a forum like this people will believe what they wish, but at the moment I personally find your "disgruntled employee" defense to be weak and insubstantial. I hope you will buttress it with significant and verifiable facts. Suggesting conclusions, as you have in your current post, is not persuasive. We are capable of sorting the wheat from the chaff for ourselves.
Rest assured, anything you offer will be carefully, completely, and fairly qualified by the interested and more serious participants on the site. Be equally assured that we are used to being lied to, and are practiced at recognizing same. So, if by some slim chance you are not running an "above board" operation, silence from here on might be your best option.
If you are operating legitimately I hope I can be of assistance to you in demonstrating same.
If you are not, then I hope you reap all of the rewards you so richly deserve.
