The number belongs to Client Services - a debt collection agency. They also use 248-494-4036 and who knows how many other numbers that come up on caller ID as "cellular call." When answered, it's an automated voice asking for a certain person and you have to press 1 to get a person & then find out who's calling (which is an FCC violation I believe and I have already filed a complaint).
The man I talked to was very rude, reported that I refused to pay (which I didn't - I just can't TODAY like he expected me to), he talked over me every time I tried to say something and wouldn't listen, then I got hung up on. These agencies need to be corralled or something - even people who owe money are human and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
