Moved into one of his homes in Lincoln park after about a week the basement drain started backing up once a week he would not fix it there were bugs everywere. He told to move out and he will give me my money back so I did and he signed a paper stating he would. Once I was out he told me I owe you nothing and put a $2000 judgement on my credit and will not fix it.
