I received a call on my work extension ( 6: 30 p.m date stamped ) stating I should return call to 866-517-0773 regarding my Verizon account. I returned the call and reached " Verizon message retrieval," I was instructed to enter the phone # ( including area code ) of the cell phone which I received call, I entered my cell phone # ( even though call did not come into my cell phone ) and I was told my account could not be located ?? This is the second time this has occurred, I dismissed first occurence. I called Verizon who actually called the # from their end and received same message, I was put on hold and the representative helping me called Alltell because my account was originally through Alltell prior to merger. Alltell wasnt able to clear anything up so I was advised to ignore any future calls and informed that calls WOULD come to my cell phone vs. work phone anyway. I was assured that if I continue to have trouble they would change my #. Very puzzling!!
