recording: pitching duct-cleaning service; "press 1 to make apptmt.", "press 8 to receive no more calls"(this action has no effect whatsoever). this operation has made numerous previous calls, usually from different numbers, and cannot be reached or ID'd by reverse look-up.
Isn't this illegal and punishable by fine?
