They called several times before and never left messages, unfortunately they got our names off of our voicemail so we changed our voicemail to just be an auotmated response and on the 7th call they said our name and asked us to call the following # 866-272-9263. I called from a blocked number and it was the same red-neck who finally left a voice mail. He said "Account services How may I assist you?" We have no outstanding accounts-so I knew he was a scammer. I hung up on him.

Press 2 and it still repeats, had to hang up.
