Savannah calling about a FAKE ORDER - asks for our facilities manager, she 'forgot his name', and their 'call a moment ago just got disconnected'.  Yeah, sure it did 'Savannah'.  Don't talk to these people: you'll end up with a trial bottle of some cleaner - then they bill you for a whole pallet and say 'you gave us verbal authorization' for purchasing this PALLAT of CRAP CLEANER!
