Voice had an accent and could barely understand what the lady was saying. More than likely a scammer because she was calling that our connection got disconnected and asking me to restart it. I have no idea what that means and was afraid to ask. Probably one of those scammers that try to hack in to your computer. Googled the number, and it doesn't show up. I have another scam phone number in my list with the same area code.
