I've received about 3 calls from this type of thing on different phone #s. It's a prerecorded conference call or presentation for a cash gifting program. I don't know which one, as there are several on the internet. You register the with the program, get a website, & send your inviter a large sum of cash via Fedex. It then promises you to receive similar cash gifts when you recruit others to the program. Sounds tempting but I don't know what the legal or tax implications are!
I got a call from that number, too, and didn't answer. It left a voice mail however. The call is a recording that's selling some kind of "legal automated cold calling service" to help generate "thousands of contacts a month!"
