We had 2 phone calls from this number on Sept. 28 and another one on October 1, 2013.  Very hard to understand the person.  The last time he said something about being from Microsoft, that they had received an "error report,"  and that he could fix our machine.   I told him I thought he was a scam and also that we were on the do-not-call list.  I said, "Good bye" and hung up.
