They called me and left a message at my work. A Miss Harris called. I decided to call and find out. It was an unpaid ER copay for my daughter that I never received a bill on or I would have paid it. But they did have my old address so that may have had something to do with the bill not getting to me. They are a collection agency for the hospital my daughter went to. When I first called it went to voice mail but then I called again and got a live person (Miss Harris). I recommend calling to find out what the matter is. Hope this post helps.
