Who called from 2486467616

Called and left no message. I called them back with my Skype phone and got a recording saying the number has been disconnected. I've saved the number to my caller ID under "scam" so I'll know to ignore it if they call again.

They called my home phone, said Hello? 3 times and hung up.

Called my cell phone and left no message.  I'm annoyed that who ever it is got my cell phone number.
