Could this be the latest number being used by Ran David Barnea of Boca Raton, Florida?  For years his companies have artfully exploited loopholes in the law that allow them to place false telephone numbers on caller id's after they use computers to place calls about various scams they offer.  Do an internet search and see for yourself.
