Got a call. I picked up and what sounded like an automated message said "i'm sorry" and hung up. Don't pick up calls from this number.

Got a call from this at 12:42 pm (Central).  I was busy so I let it roll to voicemail.  No message was left, and when I tried calling back 20 minutes later I was received a computerized message stating "all lines are busy".
