Who called from 2486791764

I've been getting this call on my cell phone since early September...  No idea who it is as they never leave a message and no one's ever there when I answer.

It's from a collection agency. I owed money to an urgent care office and they called because I forgot to pay it.

So you came here, with your supposed good news, to reply to a post made in September, 2012
Why should you search for information on the caller, when you knew who called?
Did that collector send you written (as words on pieces of dead tree) "validation" of you debt?
