ive already told them respectfully that I am not interested in their services but they keep calling. the more they call then the less likely I ever sign up
My subscription ran put and they keep calling stating that I owe them money. How? When a PREPAID subscription runs out and you don't renew it means I lose the service until I pay. This rep actually told me he was going to deduct it from my account. They never did but the calls are still persistent.
I get a phone call at least every other day. No one is ever on the line when I answer, and if I don't answer, they don't leave a message. Thankfully they have my cell number, so I blocked their number on my phone.
I received 2 calls from this number today, but didn't answer either time. The caller didn't leave a message. This is the second phone number that this company has called me from. The other one was 313-209-3163.
