Anybody getting calls from this number?

Called and left no message. Assume its a spam call.

Recording "Important Information about your credit card account".  I have no open accounts.  Hung up.

Did not know number so did not answer. They did not leave msg.

No message, no nothing except a bunch of heavy breathing....  Either a spam call or some sicko.....
